Brand Name / Logo

Clear image file (JPEG/PNG) of the logo or brand name to be registered.

Trademark Class Details

Details of products or services under which the trademark will be registered (Nice Classification).

TM-48 (Power of Attorney)

Signed authorization form (TM-48) allowing a professional to file the trademark application on your behalf.
